A: Once we resume daily operations, you will once again receive your offers, including Island Times and invitations. New offers and invitations will be issued once our temporary closure concludes. Q: Is the Jackpot-a-lot drawing on March 29 still happening?
A: No, Jackpot-a-lot has been canceled due to the temporary closure. Entries to this drawing will not roll over to the next drawing.
Q: What about the gifts I was supposed to redeem/pick up in the month of March?
A: All gifts that were scheduled to be picked up during the time we are closed will be rescheduled after we re-open.
Q: What if I had a Birthday offer to redeem during the closure?
A: If you had a birthday during the temporary closure and did not redeem your offer, we will issue another birthday offer to you upon reopening.

Q: What happens to my Island Passport Club card while you’re closed?
A: Your player card will remain active and your tier status will be maintained. All comp balances and point balances will be kept in your account.
Q: What happens to my Island Passport Club card once you reopen?
A: You will maintain your current Island Passport Club tier status for the remainder of the ranking period. Upon reopening, we will evaluate and communicate any potential modifications that may affect the ranking period. Island Points and Island Comp accumulated prior to the temporary closure will be recuperated and available to redeem as usual.
Q: If I have a room reservation during the temporary closure do I need to cancel it?
A: A: No, all reservations will be automatically canceled. You do not need to call to cancel.
Q: Can I make future room reservations?
A: We are not accepting any future reservations for hotel rooms until after the temporary closure. This includes the hotel, marina and the RV park.
