BUFFALO TOWER REMODEL
Out with the old, in with the new! Construction on a complete remodel of the Buffalo Tower is currently underway. From the interior to the exterior, we’re transforming our original hotel tower into our premier hotel tower with high-quality room amenities, features, comfort and technology.
You can expect minimal disruption throughout the remodel. The Buffalo Tower and Buffalo Tower lobby will be unavailable; however, the Wolf and Eagle Towers will remain open and will not be impacted.
The Buffalo Tower will reopen in phases, with the first phase scheduled to be completed in late 2025.
The full remodel is scheduled to be completed by early 2026. Follow us on social media for exciting progress updates.

Hotel Policies

Terms of Reservation
Check in begins at 4pm; check out is 11am. All guests must be 21 years of age to register, photo identification is required upon arrival. A valid credit card with matching photo ID are required for reservation and at check-in. All cash, coupon and complimentary rooms are subject to a $10 resort fee per night and all applicable lodging taxes.
Note: Due to increased demand, select time periods are subject to a two-night minimum.
We will make every attempt to accommodate special requests (i.e. king or queen beds, particular room, non-smoking). However, because circumstances beyond our control occasionally arise, we reserve the right to provide the closest possible alternative without advance notice.
The hotel maximum length of stay is 7 nights.
A maximum of two rooms per reservation is allowed per guest.
Room rates are based on the number of adults over the age of 18, although the registered guest must be 21 or older, with a valid government issued ID.
A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for every additional hour if you fail to check out by 11am.
Pet Policy
Treasure Island does not allow pets, ADA defined service animals are welcome in the hotel (must be registered with front desk during check-in).
Firearm Policy
Treasure Island Resort and Casino is a firearm free facility.
Guarantee Policy
You are required to provide a credit card to guarantee this reservation. The credit card guarantees that a hotel room will be held for you until 12am. The credit card provided will be authorized at 8pm the day of arrival for first night’s room and tax, insufficient funds will result in the cancellation of your reservation and a cancellation fee will be charged to the card holder. If the card holder fails to cancel the reservation within the terms of the disclosed reservation policy a no-show fee will be charged to the cardholder.
24 hour Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so 24 hours prior to your arrival, to avoid cancellation and no-show penalties. Should you cancel this reservation after 4pm, 24 hours prior to arrival, one night's room and tax will be charged to this credit card.

Rates are guaranteed when the reservation is made, if you would like to apply a discount or use your points please call 1-888-867-STAY. Rates will not be adjusted at time of check in.
