Styx will be Live! In the Island Event Center

Welch, Minn. (September 17, 2018) The multimegamillion selling rock band that forged an indelible legacy both on record and onstage, Styx will come to Treasure Island Resort & Casino on Sunday, December 30, 2018.

Harmony, chemistry, balance, grit, dexterity, determination and solidarity are words that define the core essence of Styx. The six men comprising Styx have committed to rocking audiences far and wide by entering their second decade of averaging over 100 shows a year and making the next show better than the last.

In order to achieve a collectively mutual goal of live excellence, a band must have a time-tested arsenal of material, and Styx draws from over four decades of chart topping hits. They became the first band to score four triple platinum albums in a row with: The Grand Illusion, Pieces of Eight, Cornerstone and Paradise Theater.

You won’t want to miss the chance to hear hits such as; “Come Sail Away,” “The Best of Times,” “Too Much Time on my Hands,” “Miss America” or “Renegade” or “Boat On The River” and “The Grand Illusion.”

The jig is up and the news is out: The Espirit de Styx is alive and well, and now it’s time to see and experience their music and show for yourself!

Tickets for this show go on sale Friday, September 21 at 10 a.m. with ticket prices starting at $53. For tickets visit or come to the Island Box Office to purchase your seats.
