Prairie Island Indian Community Hosts Summer Pow Wow

Red Wing, MN -(June, 2015) The Prairie Island Indian Community hosts the annual Dakota Singing and Dancing Championship Wacipi Celebration July 10 through July 12. Experience Native American history and traditions through these exciting competitions. Grand Entry performances begin the celebration each day starting on Friday, July 10 at 7pm, Saturday, July 11 at 1pm and 7pm and Sunday, July 12 at 1pm.
