Alcohol is available for sale on the casino floor as well as in several of our restaurants and room service. Guests may purchase beer, wine and mixed drinks with cash, credit card, room charge or by redeeming points. Alcohol is sold on the casino floor from 8am to 2am Monday through Sunday. Alcohol will be sold through room service and various restaurant outlets with times and selections depending on the outlet. Outside alcohol prohibited. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to consume alcohol. Servers have the right to refuse service. Underage guests are not permitted to sit at any of the bars.

Minors twelve (12) years of age and older are permitted to attend events and banquets held at Treasure Island Resort & Casino unless otherwise specified. Any minor under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a legal guardian to attend. Use of cameras and video recording devices, including cellphones, is prohibited in the Event Center and may result in your removal. No refunds will be issued. No glass bottles or cans allowed in the Event Center.
Must be an Island Passport Club member. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate. Must be present to win. Treasure Island Resort & Casino reserves the right to cancel or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice. Employees and anyone living in the same household of an employee, advertising agencies and/or vendors of Treasure Island Resort & Casino are not eligible. Limit of one prize per person per drawing day. Only one major promotional prize may be won in a three month period. All decisions of management are final. Check in begins at 4pm; check out is 11am. The registered guest must be 21 years of age or older. A valid credit card and photo ID are required for reservation and at check-in. Failure to cancel your reservation by 4pm prior to the day of arrival will result in one night’s room charge and applicable lodging taxes. The credit card provided will be subject to authorization at 8pm the day of arrival. Insufficient funds will result in the cancellation of your reservation. All cash, coupon and complimentary rooms are subject to a $10 resort fee per night and all applicable lodging taxes.
If paying with a comp or a coupon, a credit card is required for a damage deposit and a $50 authorization will be placed on the credit card and released upon checkout.
The Hotel is unable to guarantee special requests (i.e. king or queen beds, particular room location, non-smoking), but please be assured we will do everything possible to meet any requests.
Maximum length of stay is 7 nights.
Room rates are based on the number of adults over the age of 18, although the registered guest must be 21 or older, with a valid government issued ID. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area. The registered guest is responsible and legally accountable for the conduct of minors in their care. Treasure Island Resort & Casino will report all delinquent and criminal acts of minors to the Prairie Island Police Department. Failure to supervise minors may result in trespass from Treasure Island Resort & Casino.
Treasure Island does not allow pets, ADA defined service animals are welcome in the hotel (must be registered with front desk during check-in).
You are required to provide a credit card to guarantee this reservation. The credit card guarantees that a hotel room will be held for you until 12am. The credit card provided will be authorized at 8pm the day of arrival and insufficient funds will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Any outstanding fees must be paid prior to any future hotel stays.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so 24 hours prior to arrival. A cancellation number will be provided. Retain your cancellation number for future reference. Failure to cancel your reservation by 4pm, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival will result in one night’s room charge and applicable lodging taxes. Please cancel your reservation via the initial booking source. If initial booking source is unavailable for cancellation, please call us at 1-888-867-7829. All reservations cancelled after 4pm CST the day before the guest’s arrival will be charged the first night’s stay, plus any applicable taxes and fees. Any no-call, no-show reservation will be charged one night’s stay, plus any applicable taxes and fees.
Smoking is permitted on the casino floor at Treasure Island Resort & Casino except for the designated non-smoking casino areas. The Island Event Center, Island Xtreme Bowl and Arcade, the pool area, hotel lobby, Wolf tower & Eagle hotel tower as well as select floors in the Buffalo tower and several of the restaurants are non-smoking. There is a non-smoking section in the bingo hall as well.
Minors, persons under the age of eighteen (18), are not permitted to participate in the gaming opportunities offered by Treasure Island Resort & Casino and are not permitted in gaming areas. Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must accompany minors at all times. To reserve a hotel room the guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Persons age twelve (12) and older are permitted to attend events held in the Island Event Center and other banquet areas when accompanied by a legal guardian unless otherwise specified. Kids Quest is a supervised child care solution for kids six (6) weeks to twelve (12) years that is provided on property for a nominal hourly fee. Children under eleven (11) years in age must be accompanied by an adult in Xtreme Bowl and Xtreme Arcade.
Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.
