HOW DO I CREATE A MY ISLAND ACCOUNT?
- Before creating your account, have your Island Passport Club account number, date of birth and the email address connected to your Island Passport Club account ready.
- Navigate to TIcasino.com.
- Click on “My Island,” located at the upper righthand side of your desktop screen or the drop-down menu on your mobile device.
- Click “Create an account” and fill in the form with your Island Passport Club account number and date of birth.
- Click “Continue.”
- A screen will appear asking you to verify your account with a six-digit code.
- Select “Send to email *******” and then click “Send Code.”
- Note: If you do not have an email address connected to your Island Passport Club account, you can add one by visiting the Island Passport Club or updating the account information on your Treasure Island Resort & Casino mobile app.
- Open a separate window and log in to the email account associated with your Island Passport Club account. Find the email from My Island and copy the code.
- Return to your My Island window and enter the six-digit code.
- Click “Continue.”
- You will be asked to create a password.
- Your password must be at least eight characters long and use at least one upper-case letter, lower-case letter, number and special character (i.e. !, @, #).
- This password will be unique to My Island; the Treasure Island Resort & Casino app is a separate platform.
- Click “Create Account.”
HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ISLAND?
- Before logging in to your account, navigate to TIcasino.com and have your Island Passport Club account number and My Island password ready.
- Click on “My Island,” located at the upper righthand side of your desktop screen or the drop-down menu on your mobile device.
- Click “Already have and account?” and fill in your Island Passport Club account number and password.
- Note: This password is unique to My Island.
- Click “Login.”
- If you select “Remember Me” before logging in, you will not need to sign in again on this device.
- If a screen appears asking you to verify your Island Passport Club account, please follow the directions under “How do I create a My Island account?”
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENT USING A COMPUTER?
- Before accessing your win/loss statement, you will need to log in to your My Island account.
- Scroll down to “Account Links.”
- Click on “Win/Loss Report.”
- Select the year you want a win/loss report from.
- Select a report type.
- Daily Detail: A day-by-day breakdown of the selected year.
- Summary: The overall summary of the selected year.
- Click “Continue.”
- The report will begin downloading to your browser. Once the report has finished downloading, it will pop up in the top righthand corner of your screen as a PDF.
- Click on the PDF to open it. From there, you can print your report or save it to your desktop.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY WIN/LOSS STATEMENT USING A MOBILE DEVICE?
- Before accessing your win/loss statement, you will need to log in to your My Island account.
- Scroll down to “Account Links.”
- Click on “Win/Loss Report.”
- Select the year you want a win/loss report from.
- Select a report type.
- Daily Detail: A day-by-day breakdown of the selected year.
- Summary: The overall summary of the selected year.
- Click “Continue.”
- The report will automatically generate.
- Click the back button to generate another report.
