Lynyrd Skynyrd Farewell Tour will join the Treasure Island 2019 Summer Concert Series

Welch, MN (December 19, 2018) The American rock band and notably the epitome of Southern rock music, Lynyrd Skynyrd – Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour, will be part of the 2019 Summer Concert Series LIVE! At the Treasure Island Amphitheater. The concert is slated for July 19.

The band’s multi-platinum debut album, (Pronounced ‘Lĕh-‘nérd ‘Skin-‘nérd) produced notable singles such as “Gimme Three Steps,” “Simple Man,” “Tuesday’s Gone” and “Free Bird.” However, Skynyrd’s second album, Second Helping, produced the hit single and rock anthem “Sweet Home Alabama.”

Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and a catalog over 60 albums and sales in excess of 30 million worldwide, Skynyrd remains a cultural icon that appeals to all generations.
