Will Call Information and Event Center Policies

Will call is located at the Island Box Office adjacent to the Event Center. Will call opens 90 minutes prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open for 45 minutes post show start. Will call for concerts and other events will vary based on the specific performance. Once the box office has closed during an event, tickets are no longer available for pick up.

Identification Required: Will call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the will call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo identification is required (valid driver’s license or passport) in order to claim your tickets. The Box Office assumes no liability for any tickets purchased from sources outside of Treasure Island Resort & Casino and or Ticketmaster.

Most events have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to review and acknowledge the age requirements of a particular event of interest. Refunds will not be issued should a person holding a ticket not be of the minimum age required for entry.

Accessible seating is available in limited quantity and in certain sections only. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to select seating that will best accommodate their comfort and needs. Relocation of seats is not provided.

Outside Food & Beverage: Outside food, even from an outlet located on Resort property is not permitted within the Event Center. Beverages purchased on the gaming floor or within the Resort may be brought into the Event Center provided they are in a plastic container. (Glass is prohibited).

For the safety and security of our attendees, artists and their entourage, all event goers are subject to search upon entry. All purses, packages and duffle bags are subject to search. Cameras with flash are not permitted.

All attendees must have a valid ticket. For those events that permit children, tickets must be purchased regardless of age.

Tickets to all events are non-refundable. In the event of an event postponement, tickets will be honored for the new published performance date. In the event of a cancellation, tickets are refundable at the point of purchase only.

Treasure Island Resort & Casino has a comprehensive safety plan in place that allows us to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and team members while providing the fun and entertaining destination that you always expect when you visit The Island.

Additional safety measures you can expect while attending a show at The Island Event Center:

– Guests and team members who are not fully vaccinated are strongly encouraged, but not required, to wear a mask while on property, including while in the Island Event Center.

– All team members are required to complete a health screening before beginning their shift. Any team member with an elevated temperature as defined by the CDC will be required to leave until they are healthy again.

-No smoking. Please use the designated smoking areas

-Hand sanitizing stations throughout the property

Protecting the health and safety of our guests and team members has guided our decisions and actions throughout this pandemic and remains our top priority. Please remember that you play an essential role in keeping Treasure Island safe by washing your hands frequently, and staying home if you are sick.

The following items and actions are prohibited for indoor shows:

• No professional cameras or video recording devices, including iPads, GoPros and, at times, cellphones
• No audio recording devices
• No food or outside beverages (unless the beverage was purchased on the gaming floor)
• No weapons of any kind, including firearms, pocket knives, box cutters or razor blades
• No glass bottles or wine glasses are allowed beyond the security entry
• No pets
• No signs/posters
• No balloons, beach balls or any other objects that can inhibit the view from any angle
• No smoking/vaping in the corridor leading to the event center, pre-function area and the event center itself (designated areas available)

Island Box Office Hours:

Indoor Events: Opens 2 hours prior to show time. Closes 45 minutes following the start of the show.

Outdoor Events: Opens 3 hours prior to show time. Closes 45 minutes following the start of the show.

Only orders placed through Ticketmaster or Treasure Island can be located and reprinted on the day of show. Please ensure your tickets are downloaded/available prior to your arrival to avoid delays at the entry.
