Cheap Trick will ring in the New Year Live! In the Island Event Center

Welch, MN (October 28, 2019) Cheap Trick will rock you with massive melodies and razorblade riffs as they ring in the New Year live in the Island Event Center at Treasure Island Resort & Casino on December 31.

Cheap Trick started their remarkable journey as a band in the 1970s. For over four decades they have been blending elements of pop, punk and even metal in a way that is instantly catchy and recognizable. Cheap Trick are an indisputable American institution. Their longevity is a testament to the fact they never broke up, never stopped touring and never quit making new music. Their timeless classics such as “I Want You to Want Me,” “Dream Police,” “Surrender,” and the late 1980s lighter-waving favorite, “The Flame,” have cemented the band as one of America’s top rock ‘n’ roll bands of all time.

Cheap Trick was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016. The induction honored both the band and the pioneering sound that has earned them total record sales in excess of 20 million and more than 40 international gold and platinum certifications.
