2017 Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Inductees YES Featuring Jon Anderson, Trevor Rabin and Rick Wakeman

Red Wing, MN (May 8, 2017) The definitive line-up of the greatest progressive rock band ever,  Jon Anderson, Trevor Rabin and Rick Wakeman – together again LIVE for you here at Treasure Island on Friday, September 8, 2017.

YES are an English rock band that was formed in 1968 by Jon Anderson and Chris Squire. As a band they adopted several changes in both members and musical style. Their style developed from rearranged covers to progressive and art rock before moving towards pop in the 1980’s.

Their 1969 self-titled debut album was received with good reviews but is was their albums, The Yes Album, Fragile and Close to the Edge, that were not only successful but catapulted the band into fame. The band began touring as a major rock act and earned a reputation for their elaborate stage sets and lightening.

The YES discography includes 21 studio albums with some of their significant albums being;  Tales from Topographic Oceans, Relayer, Going for the One, Tormato and their highest selling album 90125. Overall the band has sold 13.5 million RIAA certified albums in the U.S!

With so many albums come numerous hit singles such as; “Changes,” “Love Will Find a Way,” “Lift Me Up,” “Roundabout,” and of course “Owner of a Lonely Heart” which captured the number one spot for two weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.
