Online applications must be submitted a minimum of 7 business days prior to the requested event. Only applications for working journalists and photographers who are at least 21 years of age and fit one of the following categories will be considered. Walk-up requests for credentials or interviews will not be granted. All applications will be reviewed for approval by the Treasure Island Resort & Casino public relations department and the performer’s publicist and/or management team. Upon approval, applications will receive an email of acceptance within 4 days of the event.

Treasure Island Resort & Casino reserves the right to approve, deny and revoke accreditation at any time, for any reason. All applications will be carefully screened and credentials will be issued on a case-by-case basis. A limited number of media credentials will be issued for each event. Prior approval of credentials does not guarantee credentials to a future event. Media passes are non-transferable. Access to the artist(s) and rules during a performance are typically dictated by artist management and will vary from event to event. All decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Entertainment Media

Treasure Island Resort & Casino reserves its media credentials for print, online and broadcast journalists working for commercial news organizations that produce and publish original content. An article published within the last two months from your publication and written by you must be included in the “Link” section of your application. The copy must clearly show your byline along with the name of your publication. Media review tickets include admission to the event with complimentary seats for up to two. No backstage or photo pit access will be granted. Meet and greets with the artist(s) are completely dependent on artist management.

Photographers and Videographers

To receive a credential as a photographer or videographer, you must be on assignment from a working print, online or broadcast commercial news organization. All photographers and videographers are required to use professional photography or videography equipment in order to cover any events at Treasure Island Resort & Casino. The use of personal devices such a point-and-shoot camera, Flip cam, smart phone, etc. for photographs or video is strictly prohibited. Photos and video taken at Treasure Island Resort & Casino cannot be used for the photographers or videographers personal website and/or portfolio.

Photographers will be required to check-in no later than one hour before the start of the show, and must be escorted by a Treasure Island Resort & Casino public relations representative and adhere to the policies and direction given. Photographers who intentionally block guests in attendance or distract the performer(s) will have their credentials revoked and will be immediately escorted out of Treasure Island Resort & Casino. Shooting beyond the limits of the approved media policy and assigned locations will result in being denied credentials to future events. Photo/video credentials include admittance into the specified photo/video location of Treasure Island Resort & Casino only. Backstage access will not be granted and meet and greets with the artist(s) are completely dependent on artist management.
