Best of the Best
Treasure Island Resort & Casino recognizes a small group of team members every month for their extraordinary service to our guests and coworkers. These team members provide levels of guest service that are truly above and beyond normal expectations.
In recognition for their hard work, the best of the best receive a generous cash prize, a personalized Treasure Island Resort & Casino award, VIP parking and bragging rights. The team members receive their recognition at a private luncheon with our executive management team and their department manager or supervisor.
The Treasure Island WAY is to focus on and reward positive behaviors, not punish team members for mistakes. WAY (We Appreciate You) certificates are handed out when a team member is caught doing the right thing or going above and beyond to help another employee or guest. Each month every WAY recipient is entered into a drawing for giveaway prizes and gift cards.
